One hundred cases of cervical spondylosis were subjected to detailed clinical and radiological examination. Radiologically 78 cent of the cases showed positive findings and most of the changes were present at C5-C6 and C6-C7 level. No correlation between severity of symptoms to the radiological changes could be drawn.
