Benign chondroblastoma is a rare benign tumour of long bone, almost exclusively an epiphyseal lesion, although secondarily may extend into the metaphysis and affecting patients around second decade of life. Scapula is a rare sit for these tumours. Todate only 16 cases have been described in that site and acromion process is still rarer site (Wright and Sherman 1964, Wellmann 1969, Schajowicz and Gallardo 1970, Dahlin and Ivins 1972). A case with the tumour located in the acromion process of left scapula is being reported here.
