Eight cases of Cleidocranial dysplasia occuring in four generations exhibiting autosomal dominat inheritance has been presented probably for the first time from our country. The dysplasia involves clavicles, skull, midline bones of body and that of hands occuring all over world. Sporadic cases had also been documented from India. |
