Twenty five patients of synovitis knee were examined arthroscopically. Synovial biopsy taken through the arthroscope was adequate in all but one case. 11 cases where traurna was the cause of synovitis were included in the study. Histopathology and arthroscopy made an important contribution in the further management of these cases and changed the provisional diagnosis in four out of 25 cases. |
