Intraosseous neurilemomas are very rare. Most of them were reported in the mandible. This could be due to long intraosseous course of the mandibular nerves. Vertebral lesions are very rare. A rare case of a big intraosseous neurilemoma of D7 vertebral body with paraplegia having recovered fully from surgery, is reported. |
