A patient with multifocal “Histiocytosi-X”-Litterer Sieve Syndrome is discussed with respect to clinical, radiologic, pathologic, diagnostic biases and discrepancies employing illustrative case material. This case is reviewed with emphasis on features that may serve as a valuable resource in evaluating initial patient presentation. |
