The congenital fibular dimelia with duplicated feet is an extremely rare condition with only 7 cases reported in the literature so far and none in the Indian literature. The manner, in which patient walked was fascinating. There appeared to be a tendency towards ulnar dimelia in this case. An embryological explanation is being given for the anomaly. However, the exact mechanism remains obscure.
