A 45 year old female with mycetoma of foot, involved by 2 different aetiologic agents as Madurella mycetomii (black grain mycetoma) and Streptomyces-somaliensis (yellow grain mycetoma) from plantar and dorsal aspect of the same foot respectively is presented.
