Results Of Resection And Turn-Grafting In The Treatment Of Giant Cell Tumours Around The Knee

Twenty patients with giant-cell-tumours around the knee treated with resection and turn grafting were followed for 2 to 10 years. There was no recurrences in 18 patients. Two recurred at 10 months. Graft united by 6 months and patients were walking without aid by 8 months. One patient developed fracture of the donor bone during operation. There patients had infection which was controllable.
