Dislocation of elbow joint with medical displacement of one of the fragments of a comminuted fracture of head of radius is a very rare injury. Only 6 cases have been reported so far. One of these had ulnar nerve palsy as a result of the pressure of the displaced fragment. This is a report of 2 cases who had comminuted fracture of the head of radius with one big fragment lying on the medical aspect of the elbow outside the joint.
