Primary multifocal or multicentric osteosarcomas are rare. From India, the first case of multiple osteosarcoma was reported by Singh and Scudder (1965). Subsequently, Verma et al. (1967) and Chakraborty et al. (1975) reported similar lesions in 3 cases. In view of its rarity, a case of osteosarcoma arising from multicentric foci with varied radiological features in different swellings and affecting only the right half of the body has been reported.
