The aim of this paper is to describe a simple method of reducing the humeral shaft fracture. It is not intended to present a complete follow-up, but only to limit the description up to the post-reduction radiological picture. This method was employed in reducing 30 fractures of the humeral shaft with satisfactory and gratifying results. There were 11 transverse, 19 spiral and oblique fractures with and without comminution.
